A space to grow.

Sara Myers Therapist Madison WI

About Sara Myers, LPC.

I’m committed to helping children, teens and adults learn how to manage stressors in order to grow and thrive in their everyday lives.

I work to make the process of therapy a positive and effective one where people feel listened to and supported. It's a privilege to work with young to old wanting something to be better or different in their lives.

I love my job because I get to help children, individuals, and families address the concerns that are impacting their wellbeing.  I get to engage with people about what matters to them, what they really want and to support them in finding ways to grow and manage their challenges or stressors.

I’ve noticed this process tends to help people get more connected to the people they care about and be more engaged in the world.  I have the opportunity to support people during some dark, challenging, stressful parts of their lives as they try and use those times for growth and healing as much as possible.  I look to help people live life, grow and thrive.
